Who Delivers The Parcels?

We use Australia Post to ensure timely delivery 

 

Is Express Post Available?

 

Express Post services are available as required. If an express post option is available to you, this will be displayed at checkout for you to select. Please be aware that large bulky items such as wreaths are expensive to ship via Express Post, and that price is indicated at checkout.

 

Express Post services are not necessarily next day services. To check whether you are in the Next Day Delivery Network, click on this link.

 

Cubic Weight:

All freight providers in Australia calculate weight physically as well as cubed. Freight is charged by the higher weight. Cubed weight is measured at 250kg per cubic metre. Cubed weight is calculated by multiplying length x width x height in metres, timed by 250. For example;

 

A wreath may only way 800g however its cubed weight can be in excess of 12kg.

A decoration may weigh 1kg however its cubed weight may only be 750g. 

 

For both of the examples above, freight is calculated on the heavier weight.

 

Delivery & Lead Times For Orders:

Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times, however we can give you an estimate guideline of when you can expect your order to be delivered.

 

Brisbane Metropolitan – 1 - 3 business days

Sunshine & Gold Coast and Toowoomba – 1- 3 business days

Queensland Regional (including Far North QLD) – 1 - 4 business days

Sydney & Melbourne Metropolitan – 1 - 4 business days

Outside Metropolitan Area & Regional NSW, Victoria & Tasmania – 3 - 7 business days

South & Western Australia and Northern Territory – 5 - 10 business days

 

Please Note:  These delivery lead times are purely guides and once the order is in the hands of Australia Post or the Courier we cannot guarantee delivery days & times.

 

Freight Insurance:

Insurance of your freighted goods is your responsibility. If you do not pay for insurance when your order is shipped and your item(s) are either lost or damaged, All Things Wonderful cannot be held liable for your loss.

 

Refund/Replacement: 

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit and insurance has been paid for, please contact us for further assistance. Do not discard any packaging until you are advised to do so.

 

All returned goods shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
